Written by a secondary school teacher with no qualifications in ADHD. She completely doesn't understand ADHD and has the basics misconceptions like "just get on with it". The notions are damaging for the ADHD community. Really disappointing that there are things like this out there when there are much better publications with people who actually understand ADHD. Please go elsewhere and get some support from someone who actually understands ADHD and what works for it. This is a classic neurotypical lense on ADHD, and the tone is not neurodiversity affirming.
